Poem – A floral love

Individual yet isolated summer beauty in Autumn sun
Petals shine through an auburn army the solitary one
Uniqueness words cannot define I cannot break the gaze
Hypnotic thoughts infiltrate my mind of an unselfish faze
Wildly you grow and bloom constricted to the wild
An adult amongst the fallen leaves yet still a floral child
If I never see your type again cast your buds into the ground
Grow again so until next year do not make a sound
In summer you will be one of many a flower that has been cloned
Until we feel the sun again my heart has become owned
