Well the worst thing happened yesterday, I became part of the ever growing list of people who have lost their job.
During the last eight months the “Credit Crunch” has just been something that I have ignored in the newspaper or just thought “It would never happen to me”. Well it has. For the first time in my life I find myself out of work and facing a situation that I have never been in before. Now suddenly I am worried, worried about what the next few months holds. When I think of the money I have spent going to Sweden in the past few months it only makes me wish that I had hindsight.
I don’t care who you are nobody is safe from the worst financial situation the world has ever seen. So I applied for 75 jobs in my field today and thus far not one phone call back. No doubt I will continue over the next few weeks.
