I’ve been supporting this team for 4 years. But it does not matter how many games I have been to, it does not matter what weather I have sat in and watched you play. It does not matter how many happy days or tears I have cried watching you play.
What matters to me is passion. It’s the passion I felt when I helped Pernille Harder cross a busy road to see a training game, it is the passion that I felt when I was the single Linköping supporter that travelled to Prem to see you in -15 degrees int he Champions League, it is the passion that I look forward to seeing every game you play in. What makes me love this team is the fire that burns in my heart each and every game I see, no matter if it is on TV or in real life. But I have a passion, I have a heart and I want something back. We are on the dawn of greatness.
I won’t lie, I am an honest supporter, Rosengård are richer than us and have better players, Eskilstuna are having a lucky season. But when I saw the line up today my thoughts were “What the hell?!” are we really playing a weakened team when we have the chance of a cup double? Screw that. I want the league…we all want it. Fans, Ex players and everyone wants the league. We have won the cup last year. We want Damallsvenskan . If we were in 8th or 9th I could understand. But we are third and now its looking like another season finishing in the top 3.
Remember that I only say you play in Russia because of Tyresö issues. Linköping I love you but please sort it out. Stina is on fire, yes I know she maybe tired but playing Pernille on the wing with Marianne as a striker is madness..Please play Stina and Pernille up front with Rolfö as an attacking midfielder.
We all love you, we all support you but seeing you beat Rosengård then losing to Piteå and Göteborg hurts us as fans…it really hurts. Winning the cup would be good, winning Damallsvenskan would be unforgettable. Wake up….we love you
