Here is a great app I found in the app store.
If you have an iPhone you turn this app on and it records if you talk in your sleep.
Don’t worry it’s so smart that it won’t pick up background noise nor will it have thousands of hours of snoring!
I’m going to have a lot of fun with this app as I really have no idea if I talk or not.
